This policy sets out how we handle your personal information if you’re an CIT Investing user or visitor to our Sites. It applies across  (the “Sites”) and page hosted on our main domain name : *.cit-investing.com
  2. When we say ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘CIT Investing’ it’s because that’s who we are and we own and run the Sites.

    4. our professional advisers (lawyers, accountants, financial advisers etc.) which are located in Algeria;
    5. legal authorities where we are authorised law enforcement for compliance related inspection warrant issued by a government or regulatory bodies charged for conducting an investigation.

  1. We are based in Algeria so your data will be processed in Algeria. We do this on the basis of your consent to this policy.In order to protect your information, we take care where possible we our service providers who we believe maintain an acceptable standard of data security compliance.

How we keep your personal information secure

  1. We store personal information offline, occasionally hard copy files that are kept in a secure Local Hard-drive through NAS Server Physically isolated from unsecured networks such as the public Internet or an unsecured local area network following Air-Gap technology, which make the access impossible online through disconnected device, that mean your data are completely secure even our servers are compromised.
  2. We Own the Hosting Company provider where our website is hosted, that mean everything under our control, we don't use third-party web hosting, our data-center is fully compliant with data-security and proudly certified with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 9001, Limited access and High Security with card access and DVR cameras, full compliant with Data Protection Regulation, all connexion are secured by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) the Standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and your browser.

How you can access your personal information

  1. You can access some of the basics information submited by you during signup or inscription by logging in to your account. You also have the right to make a request to change any errors in that data, like adress, business trade name name, or email if changed, you can also close the account you have with us for any of our Sites at any time.

Our commercial services is not oriented to children under "Legal Age" as recognized in law in all countries, excludes free access to education materials, so if you have not reached legal age of majority. we ask that you do not purchase any of our products, or give us your personal information (if you are a young tech wiz, please direct your nearest responsible adult : parents or legal guardian to contact us or request a service in your behalf!). for education purpose, you can browse our websites but you’ll need the supervision of a parent or guardian to become a registered user.
